Hi,

I am Dipak, I was having Manhattan Credit Card. I have paid all the outstanding on the card and closed it in 2008. But the Bank updated my details as SETTLED, I have sent lot of mails to them from last 2 years but they didn't update the correct status.

I have applied for loan so many times and every time it got rejected. Now I am planning to take home but I know if I apply for loan again it will be rejected.

Is it possible to take any action against Bank ? Please help me to resolve this HUGE problem.
