Hi Wants to close my salary a/c no: 054201504661 which has been converted in to saving a/c and no intimation has been given from the bank side, in spite when i visited the Bank branch located at Basant Lok new delhi twice they let me know that my a/c is in negative (How come it be possible when there is no intimation) also the behavior of the Branch Manager is very rude he doesn't know how to greet the customers, Realy i am fed-up from the services of ICICI Bank and in future i would never use there services nor i suggest any one.
But again I am requesting TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN that please close my a/c ASAP.
