I made a online transaction from my kotak bank account to my H.D.F.C. Bank account on 08/08/10 which didn't get completed. Below mentioned is the communication with the Customer Care of Both banks.

Do let me know what the crap service is provided by Kotak Mahindra Bank. Instead of providing a resolution you are providing me what is my Complaint Number which I already have. It was given to me on 11/08/2010 with a commitment that your issue has been forwarded to concern department and your issue will be resolved within 24 hours. But it has been passed approx 3 days and I am still waiting for resolution. And even not any officer contacted with me regarding this issue.
My compaint number 1-442485371 which was generated by Sujesh is still under the process. I had a word with Shikha, Anita and Nootan from your Customer Support Staff in this regards. All of these asked me to wait for more time period. My money is neither in Kotak Bank Account, nor in H.D.F.C. bank account. Currently I am going through my H.D.F.C. bank by using NetBanking and following is the Account Summary.

Today is the 14/08/2010 and I made the transaction on 11/08/2010. Such a crap matter it is! Bank has taken this much long time for the work of which maximum required period is 48 hours.
I am getting too much frustrated. It was a transaction from my Salary Account of Kotak Bank to my Personal Account of H.D.F.C.Bank. Where is my salary got stuck? I am facing a lot of problems due to this I got delayed in deposting my fee at institute, that is why they have charged me for late fee and even in the social life, I am facing a number of problems due to stuck of my current month's salary money. I am just fed up of all this.
I just want my money to be credited back or transfer it to H.D.F.C. Bank with immediate effect. Ican't wait for any more.
If you can't then please pass it to the concern person who is best to resolve this issue such as your process manager etc.

Hi Kotak Customer CS T eam,
I am holding a salary account with the Kotak Mahindra Bank (CRN No.29521815) and I transferred my salary from Kotak bank to Personal Bank Account which is of H.D.F.C.Bank.
It was made on 08/08/10 in the morning time. It has been passed three days, still I have not received the money in my personal H.D.F.C. bank account while money has been deducted from my Kotak bank account. I had a work with one of your executive on 10/08/10 in the afternoon time and she asked me to wait for 48 hours to be completed. After that I called again when I didn't receive money in my H.D.F.C.Bank account. At this point of time I was provided an UTR number( KKB100808N512115 ) for the transaction and told that it has been passed 48 hours and money from Kotak Bank has been deposited to H.D.F.C.Bank account and for further investigation I need to get in contact with H.D.F.C.Bank Customer care. I did the same and now the H.D.F.C.Bank Customer care executive asked me to wait for 72m hours to be completed. I did the same. But still I didn't receive the money and after contacting again with H.D.F.C.Bank CS, I was asked that your money is under RBI approval procedure and contact with Kotak CS regarding the same. At this point of time I again contacted with your customer care executive and he filed a complaint for the same. I am just fed of all this things. Money is debited from my Kotak bank account and still I didn't receive it in H.D.F.C.Bank account. I just need my money to be credited by now. And stop blaming on each other. Between the passing of responsibility on each other, a customer of both bank is getting frustrate.
Just provide me my money asap.
