I am having relationship with ICICI bank since past 5-6 years , having few savings account, credit cards and also had opted for Auto loan in the year 2007.
I have never made any late payments to any bank nor had ever any of my cheque bounced, but since last two months .
And now , thanks to ICICI bank for letting this happen...this month my Aoto Loan cheque got bounced , and that to reason behind is insufficiat fund.
I had been struggling with ICICI bank for the netbanking facility (since last two months, the records of ICICI bank can be checked , that how many times I have visited the bank & had called up the customer care).If required I can produce the call details , to prove how many time did I call the bank.
The charges are getting deducted from my saving account continiously...every time Rs 55 for request of netbanking password..
Is it my problem that the customer care & technical is incapable of resolving the issue ... ??
I am paying per call charges to ICICI bank.... visiting the branch , again doesnt happen free of cost..... paying Rs 55 for request ...
And now also the cheque bouncing charges of Rs221 ( as per the executive )
Last month I have visit twice & called end no. of times .... this month also I have been to your Dwarka,Sec-5 branch on 5th august to deposit but the servers were down so the executive diverted me to Sec-6 market , where there is only ATM facility but the executive is not even aware of the same .
On 6th , I again visited your Udyog Vihar Branch , where I made the payment.
Since I have not yet recieved the Auto loan welcome kit & every month the account gets debited on 7th, and the same was confirmed by ICICI bank people last month so as per my records the due date was 7th of every month .
And this month also I made the payment before 7th. Due to insufficiat funds ( as the net banking was not working so I was unable to deposit ) the cheque bounced .
On 10th Aug, I recieved a call from one of your executive who told me that since its not my fault so I wont be penalised and the EMI was deducted from my account on 11th Aug.
Today again I recieved a call from one of the ICICI executives who shouts on top of his voice,his words were " Jo karna hai wo kar lo , consumer court bhi kuch nahi kar sakta. 221 ka bouncing charge bhi lagega aur chahe jisko escalate karna hai kar do"...is it the way a customer is treated in your bank..was it my mistake ..
Every month , I have to take leave from my office to may the payment . And this month I had to take 1 full day & 1 hafl day off just to make the payment on time .
Without any reasons I am paying the cheque bounce charges , the net banking charges ( which had already been deducted from my account ) , call charges ( while calling the ICICI helpline ) , Visiting the branches , taking leaves from my offfice to make the payments ...over an above mental & physical harrasment ...
I never wanted to be in the records of CHEQUE BOUNCERS or late payers...
