I am working with Deepak Fertlisers And Petrochemicals Corpn. Ltd Pune and recently posted at Indore. My salary account no. 30171702852 is with State Bank of India, Bund Garden Road, Pune branch where my salary is deposited. This account is continuing since May, 2007. I am using internet banking facility and On 04.07.10 I found that Rs 10000/ was reflecting in my account as Lien amount which had been hold by the branch. Immediately I wrote to branch manager, Bund Garden Road, Pune Branch, requesting to correct my account as this was a branch mistake. When no action was taken by the branch, I wrote to DGM Customer requesting him to look in to and in response he immediately directed the branch and help line to redress the complain immediately. But again this time also no action was taken by the branch. In between they debited my account by Rs 10000/- transferring it to ATM as ATM Reversal which was totally wrong transfer. Then again I wrote to DGM Customer, help line and Pune Branch attaching the copy of my account statement and requested to release my salary amount as I was suffering in want of money. The DGM Customer & help line immediately forwarded the mail to branch manger to redress the complain immediately, but the branch manager is neither redressing the complain nor responding the mail explaining the reason for holding and transferring the amount. Whole month has been passed but the complain is as it was and Branch Manager Bund Garden Pune is not paying attention even after reminder of his higher authorities.
After then, I logged in the complain at the site of SBI. The complain was immediately forwarded by customer care of SBI to all concerned authorities with a copy to me to redress the grivance on top priority. But no action has been taken by the branch till date even after my vigrous follow-ups. The branch manager is neither replying the mail nor taking any action.
Under the circumstances, I pray your goodself to direct the branch manager, SBI, Bund Garden Road, Pune to credit Rs 10000/- (Rs Ten Thousand Only) to my saving bank account no. 30171702852 and also to pay the interest on it for the period, it was holded by the bank. Any other relief which you think fit for mental harrassment and losses beared by me in want of money, may also be awarded.
