Dear Sir,

I have a saving bank account with PNB, Shakarput Branch, New Delhi, ( A/c No 1603001500021678 ). My account has been inactivated without any intimation to me. On telephonic discussion with customer care it was informed that account was inactivated due to there was no transaction since last six month and for reactivation of it I have to personally visit to brance at Delhi.

As per my record I have done so many transaction in last six month. Now I have permanentally shifted to Hyderabad and there is no chance for me to visit Delhi in near future. I have tried to reach at branch through phone but no one pickup the phone.

I am in the urgent need of this account because I use this account to transfer money to my younger brother at Patna through ATM for their study. Please do needful at the earliest.
