    Default HDFC Bank Account blocked without notice for credit card 2 months payments due.

    Dear Sir,

    I’m "Vijay Krishna Jonnalagedda” working with "L&T Infotech" in Mysore as a "Project Lead". My office emp ID288720. I have a Salary Account in HDFC Bank (A/C# 00041050367300), ITC Annasalai(Chennai) Branch,Customer ID is 8633701. And also HDFC issued Credit Card number is 5243681101774860.

    The card limit is Rs.135000/-, but I had paid more than one Lakh to the interest part.
    So I am fed up and ask for the solution, then the provided me a settlement deal.
    The Settlement Approved on March 2010 for Rs.1,15000 in 3 installments and the First installment of INR 35000 was paid. and the rest got boounced due to financial trouble


    I tried to withdraw the cash to pay the and HDFC bank hold my salary account and took Rs.14543/- from my salary. I had call the customer care and they said that they do not have any control on this issue and asked me to contact the credit card division. And I have called credit card division, they also replied that they do not have control and asked me to contact to Settlement department. And the Settlement department replied that the settlement got cancelled, so the amount cannot be refund.

    Can the credit card company block my bank account wth out notice because of which my HDFC Car loans will get bounced. Will HDFC bear the cost of dishonour of future payments towards my loans? Please look into this issue

    Unable to recharge vodafone prepaid through HDFC website when try to recharge I am getting

    this below message

    " Due to some technical issue, Mobile Recharge transactions have been temporarily stopped until

    further notice."

    my account , in the name of COIN WORLD shyambazar (kolkata branch )dealing in antique gold and silver old coins,
    Today my staff deposited 3.00.000/ (three lackh ) cash in your sambalpur branch, for which i already informe my shyambazar branch and they give me approvel also,
    As per there approvel my staff deposited the same in your shambalpur (orrisa) branch.
    but from 4pm evening a phone call number 06632522785 is comeing in my mobile claming Mr Amit want photo id of my staff.
    I request him that my staff is going to station for picking kolkata train and assured him that i give his id proff tommorow in my branch but he refuse ,
    he continu harrasing me
    what is this?
    I request him that i am busy in CUSTOM HOUSE i am in meeting but he cant accept my request and continu harrasing me.
    on 31st august a phone call come from 09583321578 calming herself as a chief cashier of shambalpur branch (orrisa)
    That lady inform me that yesterday my staff give short payment of rupee 3000/ (three thousand ) and she rudely say to refund money or she will do very bad with me.
    I then immediate go to my shyambazar branch and given written complain against this matter but they will not take any action,
    Way of talking that lady i think she is MAOIST,
    please confirm me that this mobile number lady is genuine staff of your branch or she is MAOIST,
    Today at 1:43 pm a phone call come from 9331593561 calming himself as a some Mr Gupta BIG BOSS of HDFC REGIONAL OFFICE, given me threatening and force me to withdrawal my complain and given order to me to resubmit my all account related paper,I say who you? If my branch manager want any document then i will bound to submit but as per your verbal order i will not give any paper , then he say i am BIG BOSS OF YOUR BRANCH MANAGER what i say u do.
    What is going here ?
    Staff want extrodation money and when customer given complain to you then your people like Mr gupta type BIG BOSS threat to withdrawal complain otherwise harassing customer.
    This matter is very serious you please make inquiry from any neutral person .
