Fraudulent Transactions from my ICICI Bank Account Dear Sir,
I hold account with ICICI bank, 80/7, Elephant Rock Road, Block-III, Jayanagar, Bangalore-560011. My A/c No:005301039553. I noticed on 30th June that there were several fradulent tranction had happened starting from 22nd June to 30th June 2010. Total amount of fraudulent transaction is Rs 4,14,100/-. Immediately I asked ICICI bank to block by account for online transaction and it was bloacked.
I logged complain with ICICI customer care with SR145077807. After that I ldged FIR (FIR No:130/10) with Jayanagar police station and submitted a copy to ICICI Bank.
As of now I have not heard anything from ICICI bank and whenever I am calling ICICI bank customer care I am getting same reply as "Invesigation is in progress" and it will take one month. But I am worried as large amount of hard earned money have siphoned away from my account.
Any help will be much appreciated.

If u open a account with ICICI Bank if have to expect fraud withdrawals from your account .
It is very normal now days .
ICICI bank Recovery department harassed me Hi
I am having three ICICI credit card, No outstanding instructions on my credit card, I have not used two credit card since more than 4 to 5yrs. But yestdared I have received call from Legavinal department from Bangalore office and they are saying i need to pay 30,000/- and they are not providing any informtion, they are using illegal langugae.They are using irrespectiable language and they are saying they are going to cancel my US Visa and they are going to freeze my Saving accounts,even they said legal department they are going to put me in Jail. I am not able to understand with ICICI bank ppl.
I am not able to understand ICICI bank behavior already closed all transaction with ICICI why the hell they are harsing customer. Please help me in this matter..

I am going to cancell all transcations with ICICI bank as well as ICICI Insurance also. Please responde as soon as possible.
I have sent a mail to ICICI Bank but they required 15days time it seems. It looks like they are not customer orinted bank.
Please suggest how i can go-ahead with ICICI bank ppl and i want to escalet with higher level please let me know the process.
