Hi Sir,

This is to bring to your kind attention that I Gaurav Sharma hold account with ICICI Bank,Account Number - 006501040744 at C-Block Market,Vasant Vihar.I was shocked one day when i saw my account balance in negative by rupees 51452.32.I immediately called the ICICI Bank Customer Care to investigate and was told by one of the executive Sangeeta that this amount is showing against the credit card Number 5239511110192000 which i have never owned or used or had no clue whatsoever.She suggested to email my concern to ICICI Customer Care,Interaction Number of the conversation with Sangeeta is SR - 84008499.
I wanted somebody to investigate about this issue as i am very sure about some discrepancy at their end.

I tried to sort it out however i have never got any positive response on this.I was sent from pillar to post for someelse's mistake.I am really not able to reach any conclusion on this so please help me in getting this issue resolved.
