Subject: Request for reverting back bank charges back to my account which has happened due to problem in your system

Dear Sir,
I would like to bring to your notice that I have withdrawn money from bank after keeping Minimum Bank Balance in my account. Due to problem in your system you have updated the wrong balance in my Passbook based on which I with draw money leaving behind required minimum balance. Now I have been charged heavily for your mistake & have lost my money.
I kindly request you to revert back the charges that you have charged for not maintaining the Balance & close my account after reverting back my Money.

we submitted the above letter to the bank manager on 29th of April 2010, for this he said that they will not be able to rectify their mistake & revert back the amount to my account.
