Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Vaibhav Vidhate, having savings salary account based with zero balance facility from ICICI. Without informing me anything on this increase in minimum QAB or change in account type, they have deducted money for QAB Charges in July 2011. I was shocked that QAB charges has been deducted from my account.

Please help me to get back my money Rs.827/-.

I am hitesh. 2day i came to know that 910 rs had been deducted from my salary account in ICICI Bank.
I am having this account since past 5 years. I had great trust on this bank. I was told that my account is zero balance account.
But this deduction of Rs 910.00 is not legal. In the regular savings account rules it is written that QAB charges are not applicable for zero balance account.

In india many pooor & middle class family are greatly suffering due to icici behaviour in banking sector.... Needs your view soon... Rs 850 is charging as qab charges ... My name is naveen.v having saving A/c No.621501509041.At the time of opening of new saving A/c I was told to maintain a minimum average of Rs.2000 and I always maintained it but without any prior information they charged Rs.842.70(19.04.2012) as QAB charges QTR. Please do the needful.

I completely agree with all the above complainants, that it is completely unfair of ICICI Bank to deduct the QAB charges (in my case it is Rs. 843 from two of my accounts, on of which was a salary account) without any notification to account holders. I also have always maintained the min. quarterly balance in my accounts and it is our hard earned money which is at stake. While the interest earned on our money is minimal, the deductions on one pretext or another seem unfair and ridiculous.

Please resolve and return our money. Awaiting a resolution ASAP.
