A/C. NO. 125010100013642 Sir, I am operating above mentioned saving bank account with Axis Bank, Dombivli-East branch from number of years. At the opening of said above account Bank confirmed me that the account is Zero Balance account . I am shocked bank debited my account Rs.827/- on 30/3/2009 being the penalty for not maintaing average Quarter Balance. I made written complaint with Bank . Though my account is zero balance account but still bank not reversing the charges . I requested the bank to provide me the Xerox copy of account opening form and agreement but bank still today not given me the said documents . I request you to please do the needful in the matter. I am suggesting you to please visit ASSOCIATION OF BANK CUSTOMERS website and lodge your complaint there, ABC directely send all this kind of complaint to CMD of the bank. and this will be resultent 100 %
