Hello,

We are having a Education loan from Indian Bank, regards to it we have opened a savings account in their saket branch, Now they have withdrawn the complete balance from my account on the grounds of mistake done by bank depositing cheque of some other person amount of 7800 Rs, Now this cheque have been deposited in the month of January this year by the bank and its just recent this month they have withdrawn amount of 6500 rs and informed me to deposit remaining 1300 rs.

According to the RBI law bank has no authority to withdraw the amount without having a written consent by the account holder, being it anybody's money or mistake.

I want to Know what we cando in order to expediate this matter. kindly give some clarity on the case.
