    Default HDFC Credit Card Compliant

    Dear Sir,

I was using HDFC Bank credit card from the last 3 or 4 years and was making my payment towards the bank on time. They are taking the payment from me on time but they are putting late fees charges on the amount from the last 6 months and when I asked about it, they are saying that it will be removed from the next month but it is not done as they said.

And Now they are saying that it is not possible to remove the late fees charges. Some people from the bank are mentally torturing me and are regularly calling me 20 – 25 times per day. Some people from the recovery agency are also regularly coming to my residence and is misbehaving with my family members, They are threatening me that will take the payment from me anyhow.

Please look after this matter urgently.

    Thanking you

    Default HDFC credit card compliant

    Dear Sir,

This regarding my HDFC bank credit card no.5176521002256750 .

This is ablocked card . Year back i stopped the card and made the full payments. After 2 years when i applied for a loan from a nationised bank, i got a response that my credit rating is bad as i have huge amount due to be paid against my HDFC credit card.
I called up the HDFC call centre and they told me that there is an outstanding of some Rs.4000 .I told them that i never recieved emial or call from the bank that there is an amount due against me .They are not able to tell me how this amount is due. Further, i am even willing to settle this amount but they are not even sending me any written mail that this amount is due from my side. My repeated requests for a mail to settle this matter has met with a deaf ear at their call centre The staff at hdfc do not know how to solve this case. I want to get my credit rating right.

Pleas help in me solving this matter . i also want to know what is the process of updating or correcting my CRISIL credit rating.

    Regards,

    Priti Kataria

Credit cards business are declining . It may be possible that HDFC will start charging annual fees on

    credit cards like ICICI

Better to go with Debit card .
