The ABN ac was opened by Hero Mind Mine as a corporate ac, which was a mandatory formality for salary transfers. The ac was opened in 2007 and i resigned from Hero Mind mine in 2008 the ac had given me enough of reasons to be mentally harassed and tortured they wld never send across the card in time the passwords for ATM card was always lost it took me about 6 months to get my card and ATM password finally with a branch manager helping me after irresponsible commitments and promises and services as promised in the norms of the company.
It was then tht i noticed a regular practice of the bank where in i stopped receiving my statement for the last two yrs ..i kept drafting out mails updating my address and had them take down my concern but my statements were never sent , when i left the company, my salary wasn't credited and i didn't nor receive no notice for the ac turning into a different ac or anything tampering done, nor were my statements come in after regular request and attempts to speak to the highest authorities there was an apology sent out to me for the same and a commitment to have the issue solved but it wasn't done...Mr. Hiren a senior employee of the bank called up saying i cld send across my request for the closure of the bank ac, and apologies for not receiving the statement we will reverse all charges and have the ac closed with a non defaulter letter sent, but i dint hear of him either for weeks until he finally called saying he cannot close the ac, and not to forget this act has been practiced on be by a few other senior employees too one of them was Mr. Amit from Mumbai and Kirtan too. but then this took another yr again, i did also tell them tht i cld take this matter to the court if issues are not solved for me being a senior professional doesn't really have the time to get into issues like this in fact with a commitment and promise given by banks like these we expect a smooth functioning also the illegal tampering done to ac turned out to be a devastation when i called the services to have my ac update with the new address it wasn't so this made issues even worse the bank did accept its mistake but are still continuing to charge my ac a penalty for a zero balance when i have been requesting to let me at least know wht n when did my ac change n without repetitive statement requests if i do receive them the customer holds no responsibility for the ac going default. My phone calls have incurred expenses just for getting issues solved with the bank but no one seems to pay heed to us they in fact force us into default customers they talk rudely and treat our hard earned money like their property over which we hold no rights once its with them, they have been not responding to my request and forcing me into a mental state of mind with utmost harassment. Finally i lost my head and asked them to compensate for all the harassment and cost I have been incurring to have the issue they have created but no one seems to help they have uprightly said a no to help me out nay further or compensate .I thereby now look at the consumer court to help me out with banks that product slam and make life miserable for citizens with fake promises and harassment.
i look forward and anticipate the help of the consumer court in all consumer rights.
