Hi, my name is Sunil Kumar Singh and my account no is 112701000396 I have opend a new saving account in icici bank in the month of sept 2011 , and I was not informed by any qab charges at the time of account opening ,and my account was debited by Rs 2371 in the month of 10th oct 2011, so i request u to solve the issue immediately becos my point is bank should inform the deduction when the charges are near Rs 50 to Rs 100 not automaticly deduction of Rs like 2000 or more so it is requested that suppose i was informed such things before ,I would never did such transation, so kindly refund my amount of Rs 2371 immediately so that i never do such transaction in near future, Now it is also requested that Transaction should apear daily in account of charges like this so that we can maintain or aware about this, becouse its realy difficult to read terms and condition at the time of account apening,( your executive also not inform about all this kind of charges at the time of account opening)

I am Kranti Mehar a user of ICICI bank account today when i opened my icici account to check the balance , I saw icici had deducted a amount of sum total around 2000 from my account with the name of QAB charges thrice a amount of the month june-11, that is without any information,,,even though i maintained the required balance icici bank deduted around 2000+ amount in the name of QAB charges
according to rules the quartely amount deducted once on a month.if you deducted 789 rs for june 11 than its ok (but for the people who are not maintaing there balance ), but u deducted thrice time amount for the same month this is ridiculous..i think i have to close the account.

Its not good services provided by the reputed bank.i am unsatisfied with your service .
Also tell me the solution whether I will get the money back or not.you should admitted your fault.

My Name Mahesh Naik Account No#017601506844 I have very old account with ICICI Bank Belgaum Branch.

I have maintained the quarterly Available Balance in My account 017601506844 from Nov 2011 to Till date well above the Minimum QAB (I,e 10000 INR) required to be mainatianed in my ICICI Bank Savings account.

Now 19.12.2011 ICICI Bank has debited 827 INR from above said account, because they are claiming that i was not maintained Minimum balance in earlier days.

The above said account was hacked (misused) by Frauds on 18.05.2011 and i have given complaint in Local police station FIR no: 273 and ICICI Bank also having request #SR. As per the ICICI Phone Banker and their Frauds section officer , they were informed me to withdraw all the amount from my account. If in near future if you will start using the same account then we will not charge QAB 827 INR because account was misused so i,e the reason minimum balance was not maintained ( They assured me that this is exceptional case). Now they were debited 827INR from my account.

on 22.12.2011 When I called ICICI Bank Customer Care, they were reluctant to take my complaint

As ICICI Bank has erroneously deducted this QAB charges, they need to reverse this as soon as possible.

I think ICICI is just diluting its brand by losing its valued customer of future.

Please credit QAB amount to my account ASAP.

My Aunt had saving account with ICICI Bank for last many years. She was maintaining minimum balance of Rs 8000. However she left India and account became dormant. However in 2008 ICICI bank started charging Rs 827 per quarter. In January when my aunt came bank to India she was surprised to see negative balance in her account. She had to pay Rs. 500 to make per account active and then close it. Bank manager said he can only reverse QAB charges for 2 months i.e RS. 1654.

I am really surprised with such fraudulent practice followed by ICICI Bank. My aunts account number is 624201026545. We open account to save money and earn some interest. However at ICICI they take away your money.

I opened a student SB account in ICICI Bank of my son SANDEEP SAMANTARAY vide A/c.No.008901546285 and the representative assured me that there is no hidden charges and no restriction of minimum balance as it is a student account. While reviewing the account statement on 19th April, 12 it was found that Rs.977.53 has been deducted towards QAB charges. It is really very sad state of affairs and how we will rely on the words of your representative at the time of opening account when they promised something and later the we suffer like anything as it does not match with their words as per your bank rules.
