I complaint it to ICICI securities (amit.pandey@icicisecurities.com), He assured me that my problem will be solved.
It has been a long time that ICICI did not respond me positively. many times i got a call from ICICI, but nobody assure me that my problem will be solved. No one is giving me positive answer. They are telling me "if your account is not proved to be zero balance, you will have to pay penalty 750 Rs".

Please help me. ICICI gave me wrong information and now they are imposing their own rules. Why i have to pay penalty when they cheated me to open my account.
