Dear Sir,
We have an joint saving bank a/c No. 3229000100060306 in PNB, Gulmohar colony Branch, E8, Bhopal-462039(MP) in favour of Ku. Nairuti Sharma and Sanjiv Sharma. From our a/c two times unauthorized withdrawal of Rs.8000/- and Rs. 2000/- have been made on 5th March and 27th April 2011 respectively from Axis bank ATM and S.B.of Mysore ATM. The ATM card is being used by my daughter Ku. Nairuti Sharma, studying in NIFT, Bangalore and there is no ATM of PNB near NIFT , she used to withdraw the cash either from Axis bank or S.B. 0f Mysore ATMs at Bangalore. In this context, we have submitted our complaints in PNB regional office, Bhopal, RBI office ,Bhopal and all concerning branches, but the reply is still awaited. Our this a/c has linked up with education loan and we are scared that in future whenever we will pay education fee through this a/c, than the same can happened again. We have doubt that this unauthorized transaction is being done by some employee of PNB,or outsider, who knows all about this a/c or there is a some problem in software of PNB. Although, we have blocked our ATM card, but our a/c is still alive. You are there fore requested to kindly look in to the matter and make necessary instruction to PNB to return our amount Rs. 10,000=00 immediately in our said a/c. with interest. Sir,
please note sip deduction for feditity mf and idfc mf were deducted from my account dated 17/10/2011 and 28/10/2011 ,but both mf houses not enter the units alloated for the same period because of kyc problem , where this amount go . Mf houses refuse that they had not taken the above money .but deduction of same amount his there.
Please revert my money to my a/c if not deliver .

With regret informing to you that, I am completely disappointed with the negative behavior of supporting staff from my current bank (PNB)
Although I know very well the reputation of this second largest bank of country and of course completely satisfied with value added services.
Main problems is concerned with bank employees and their behaviour including Br. Manager too.
I am the customer of this bank from 1997 and utilizing all facility from this bank.
But, from last 2 months I am suffering in very penic situation created by the banking staff.
I have made an application for some change in my S/B. A/c. (change in residential address, joint A/c. with wife, nomination facility to my son, reissuing net banking password, sms alert, new cheque book etc)
You can't believe for amending these things I ran to bank for 4/5 times and still the residential address is unchanged.
My office is located at Indore and I do up/down from Dewas to indore, how many times I can request for leave for only this type of reason.
I have submitted the application on dated 17.09.2011 clearly mentioned for changing in address with current electricity bill. Still the address has not changed by bank people.
Their way of talking is not professional and healthy, when asking they irritate with their answering.
So, please advise how can I resolve this issue.

PNB Staff is very bad in Ballabgarh, Faridabad
No one can get their Account opened easily in PNB Ballabgarh Because of Staff.
It is naturally that without opening Account No one bank can take much benefit in this market.
so it is harmful for PNB.

Sir, i have applied for net banking under my sb account 3865000100052969 on 5 oct. 2011 at ayodhay branch dt. Faizabad. However on my continuous persuence the branch manager asked for new application which was submitted in nov. 2011 but still i have neither been provided such fascility nor any informatoin in this regard. May i get the right of knowing the reasion of delay....? Hoping for quick response.
