The account ( detail given below )has been reported to CIBIL as a sub standard while as per my knowledge I had never availed any OD facility from your bank , please provide basis of reporting for this account as substandard with detail of transaction which might have missed out from my attention. In scenario of non-response from your side I am forced to initiate my call to consumer forum and banking ombudsman because this reporting led to defamation of information and has already thrashed my financial track record .

You are requested to address this issue on sos basis without any further escalation to it from my side .
