Sir / Madam,

I went to open a new account at sbi branch kavali. I asked for account opening form they rejected to give me the form. And they told me to come on next week. When i went there again they told me same thing. some how i got the form which is put on the table myself. When i submitted the form with the proofs ( PAN card for identity, and State bank of Hyderabad Bank account statement for address proof) They rejected the application. They told me Bank account statement is not accepted. I showed them column in the application where it says bank account statement can be considred as address proof. After that they told me we only accept bank account statement from SBI bank.

I dont know what is that mean. If i dont have the account how can i have bank account statement there.

Please take appropriate actions on such employees.
