I am banking with BANK OF INDIA, MALAD EAST branch since last 33 years. I was having an OD account with them since last 25 years. Surprisingly, this account was closed without my request or intimation to us for the closure. We have been corresponding with the various authorities in the bank in the matter, without any proper reply from their side.

They are making various excuses for the mistake they did by closing the account. We have approached our brach, zonal office & even head office of the bank but they are not ready to admit their fault. I have even send some emails to the Chairman of the bank but no feedback.

I plan to drag all the officers of the bank who are trying to save one of their fellow officers who have closed our account purposely.

I hope this email goes to RBI so that necessary action can be taken against this PSU bank.
