I opened a new savings savings cum d mat account with ICICI bank and hence I as a new customer to ICICI bank . I was promised by tele caller, representative, and sales manager that they are offering a zero balance 3 in 1 account. But when account came into running condition, I came to know from branch that I have to maintain a minimum balance of Rs 5000/-. Due to which I really had a bad impact of services provided by ICICI Bank which I was using for the first time.
And culprait officers are:
1. Tele-Caller
2. Mr Yoginder- Executive came in for collection of documents.
3. Mr Abhishek- Sales manager
All these officers are from B1-Janak Puri-Delhi Branch. I am having their contact nos also.
From all these officers I have confirmed it many many times that its a zero balance account or not but all the time they answered that its a zero balance account.
And now I have talked to these officials and they have admitted that they have committed this mistake as i talked to MR. Vinod who is direct reporting officer to tele-caller and Mr Yoginder.
Else that I was continuously mailing at customer care if ICICI Bank and they have asked for three times that they will respont to me in time at 27th jan that 2nd feb than 7 feb but till date I haven't received any satisfactory response from ICICI bank.
Kindly help me on this as I am sure that this kind of cases are happening from long time with the way all these officials are talking to me.
