dear sir/madam
i have acount in State Bank Of India acc no 30394769461. I lost 6800 /-from my account on 24th january 2010,then i gave a complaint in my branch office,but there is no response from them.Then i gave complaint on online sbi ,they gave the transactions details of that day.I noticed that My Account is miss used by some body for ticket booking through website.
All these information given to branch manager but branch manager said that "we are not responsible ".
So finally i don't have any idea how to recover my amount......... please help me
