    Default ICICI Not Resolving the Dispute Created by their own Staff

    This is Surendra Meghani from Mumbai. I have a saving account (AC # 016101513150) with ICICI Bank in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. I opened this Account in 2005. In 2007 they have put a LEAN MARK in my account as they say a same cheque has been credited to my account two times in Nov 2007. With my lots of efforts they are not giving me the details of this discrepency and also not allowing me to close or operate this account. I contacted their Hiranandani,Powai branch in Jan 2009 and they told me to visit the Home Branch at Raipur. I visited there in October 2009 as well and they told me that they would get back to me. But still they havent done anything to resolve this issue. Now i have given a written application to ICICI, Ghodbandar Road, Thane Branch to remove the LEAN MARK and close the account. But still they are not replying anything to me.The important thing is that this mistake has been done by their own staff and i am suffering because of this. When they restricted me to use this account, i had a balance of around 7000 INR but now it has reduced to zero and they are doing nothing to resolve this matter. I request you to help me in this.

    Thanks that my query is being attended by ICICI. But i dont see any progress since last 14-15 months in this issue.I was moving around between the home branch of ICICI at Raipur where i have this account and the branches here in Mumbai but nothing has happened as of now. The only thing which i can see is that ICICI Raipur has sent me the Account Statement to me to show me the dispted transactions done by ICICI only.What can i expect from ICICI now? Are you really going to resolve this issue? Every week i am just reciving a new date from you guys to resolve this issue.Sometimes you say me to depostie the amount of Rs 5000 in my account and then next time i receive the mail that i will have to wait till 25th of Jan 2010. I dont understand the things going on there. My account has been debited with INR 827 four times while the account was in this dispute.There is no confirmation from ICICI regarding the revarsal of this amount.Instead i am being told to deposite 5000 Rs in my account to clear the mistake done by ICICI. I dont think this is fair enough.I just want to clear the issue ASAP and please do the needful for the removal of Lean Mark, for the Reverasal of all the QAB charges which ICICI has put while the account was in the dispute and for the closure of this account.
