    Default Problems with ICICI Bank

    [FONT="Arial"][SIZE="1"]Hi my name is tajinder and I am a custome of ICICI bank for last 9 years. I have a number of problems with the ICICI bank in the recent past.

    1) My money got stolen from my account by the fake signature of mine. In october/november I got message from the ICICI bank that 13,000 was withdrawn from my a/c by self cheque by me, I was in office that time. I was shocked to get the message and straight away call the customer care center and they told me visit the branch which I did and they showed my the cheque and footage when its got cleared when matching the signature from my original its not matching and they don't even care to see my details like photo or signature before clearing the cheque. This is such a unprofessional behaviour and they are calling themselves a good bank. I got this checking facility in SBI for last five years and still ICICI bank doesn't have this. This was their fault could you please suggest my way to get my money back from ICICI bank.

    2) I have a loan a/c with ICICI for which I have to pay 12000. I got a call from the executive that you need to pay by cheque and after giving the cheque the settlement document will come to you at your mailing address after days of giving the cheque I haven't received the settlement document and when I had a word with the ICICI people they told me that I need to pay 10000 more in order to get that document. I had too many conversation with the bank emails, calls etc but for no result and they put a lien against my a/c so I could not able to make any transaction. I was really sick and tired and would like to close this issue.

    3) Even when reported to ICICI bank they are charging me with the Interest on the ICICI credit cards, which I told them I am not going to bear.

    Could you please suggest me a way to out of this and I need to deal with certain other charges as I have a loan from other a/c also. Also, it would be really helpful if you can give my any suggestion on how to file a case of mental harassment on them. I think they require a lesson to learn to care a customer and if customer got problems from their services they need to pay for that.

    Default Irresponsible ICICI Customer Care|Almost No Care for Small City ICICI Customers.

    I am writing this article because of my frustration for ICICI bank.I have an account in ICICI bank.My Frustration is against the irresponsible ICICI bank Customer care executive and irresponsible Bank Manager.I am living in Hisar,Haryana ,India.Here,i am sharing my problem.Hope,i will get some relief after writing against the India's number one Private Bank.

    My ATM card was damaged in november 2009.In the last week of November 2009,I went to ICICI Hisar Branch and asked for the process of getting new ATM Card.The person who was sitting on the Customer Care desk,told me the whole process and asked me to write an application.Then,i wrote an application with my name,my account number,Mobile number and my full address.Then,i gave it to the person who was sitting on customer care desk.He told me that i will get my new ATM Card with in 7 days.But i did not get my ATM till 15 December,2009.Than again, i went to ICICI Hisar Branch Customer Care and asked the same person regarding my ATM Card.He checked his records and told me that ICICI did not have any ATM request from your side.He again asked me for the requist and i again applied for my new ATM card.

    On 20 December 2009,i got my new ATM card.on 27 December 2009,i got my ATM Pin which was not clearly written.After that i called Phone Banking customer care.I asked him to activate my ATM Card and to generate new pin,because pin was not mentioned clearly.He activated my ATM and asked me to try the same pin.He also said that i can not change the pin before one month.Then on next day in the evening,i went to the ICICI bank ATM.There i tried to use ATM Card but on the screen of the ATM machine ,i got incorrect pin message.I tried 3 pins at the same time because pin was not clearly written.At last my card was blocked.Incidentally,outside ATM Machine,i meet Hisar Bank Manager and told him the whole story.He asked me to come bank on the next day.But didn't go on the next day because i didn't get leave from the office.

    After 2 days again i called the phone banking customer care and i asked to generate the new pin but he denyed.He told me that he can not generate new pin on phone for one month and i have to go Hisar Branch to get new pin.He also told me that Branch executives would give me the new pin immediately without no delay.

    Today Morning,with Rs 15 in my pocket,i went to the Hisar Branch Customer Care and told him the whole story.His reply frustrated me and i become angry.He told me that i would get my new ATM pin after 8 days.In anger i asked him to close my Account and his reply surprised me.His reply was " you can do that".Then i entered the Branch Manager's cabin,told him the whole story and he also told me that i would get my new pin after 8 days.Then again i applied for my new pin and came out from the bank with no money in my pocket.

    This is the customer care of India's number one private bank ,asking for closing the account.Not caring for the image of the bank.I just hate that foolish executive.Still waiting for my new pin.Hope new pin will work.

    After reverting this response and after 3 months of waiting ICICI BAnk told me that they can't help me out and tell me that I need to catch that person which cashed the check. I would like to know the responsibily of bank, if money stolen from me then I am responsible for it if I deposit my money in bank and it got stolen then only I was responsible how ironic is this.

    Can you please let me know the procedure to file a case on them, as they are there to make troubles not for solving them. Also, I would like to file a case on them for all the troubles that I had after this happens.

I would like to know the responsibly of bank, if money stolen from me then I am responsible for it if I deposit my money in bank and it got stolen then only I was responsible how ironic is this.

    I was trying to resolve this issue with the bank but it seems that they are not interested to resolve this. This also lead me to financial losses and my credit history is also tempered by the bank. Can you please help me out to resolve this issue. I would really appreciate of you can provide me guidance on this issue and how can I get out of it.:&

    Unhappy Amount not received in my ICICI Bank account .

    Dear Sir,

    It is very serious and frustrated concern about me that I still haven't received my bank transferred amount to my ICICI Bank account after one month duration.
    I have South Africa Bank Account in FNB Bank and I had transferred 57,639 R to my India ICICI Bank account and same had been confirmed by my South Africa Bank by mail or attach PDF statement but still after one month I haven't received any amount in my ICICI Bank account .
    Could you please interrogate this issue and resolve as soon s possible as it is matter of customer satisfaction, concern and faith to ICICI Bank.
