cheque deposited 1 month before, amount withdrawn from acct 8 days before, bt not rcv respected sir/ madam
my name is ashok kumar sharma professionally aeronautical engg,i have an account of my firm SHARMA ASSOCIATES wid this name in SBI BANK (A D B BRANCH) in sikandrabad, distt- bulandshahr, u.p.-203205,the acct no is- 0030701691907.
i have deposited a cheque of 53950/= rs in bulandshahr branch (u.p.-203001) (SBI MAIN) on dated 9.11.09.(cheque no- 000828,kotak mahindra bank,rajnagar ghaziabad branch,dated- 8.11.09, chequr from OMAN MERCANTILE PVT LTD.-ACCT NO- 06772000002724)
even i have got a sms from BT-SBI of recieving of cheque to my mob (9358030838),
now the problem is that the amount has withdrawn from the partys account ON DATED 3-11-09, bt i dont have even any record of such cheque and payment in my sbi account.
WHEN I VISITED THE MY SIKANDRABAD BANK BRANCH , the manager says we cant do any thing, enen they dont have any record of cheque in there records,
please do the neefull,
