I have a saving account with ABN AMRO BANK at Cannaught branch, New Delhi. I want to bring your attention that my account was a salary account with zero balance facility and I am not using this account from last one year.

Now, while I want to use the account, it shows minus balance. After interacted your executive on phone they replied the zero balance facility is not applicable and I have to pay these charges before operating the said account but there is no intimation to me from bank side for such charges.

Now, I am not interested to have further any transaction in particular account. kindly take a look in this matter.
