I am Bimla Jhunjhunwala aged about 69 years and holding a current account no.110994 in the name of ALOKE

ELECTRICAL INDUSTRIES,24C Rabindra Sarani,Kolkata-700073,with Central Bank Of India,Rabindra Sarani

Branch.I am a very old lady and cannot continue with my business anymore as I am unable to move

conveniently.I authorised my only employee,Mrityunjoy Roychoudhury to close the said current account on

my behalf with an authority letter as desired by the bank.However its beeen eight months since my employee

is making the rounds to the bank and each time asked to come on a later date with excuses like no staff or we

do not have time now,asking him to wait for hours and then its closing time or any other reason.On

approaching the manager four months back we were assured of doing the needful but he too has been

negligent of his duties.Now I am not doing any business but am only giving salary @ 2500 per month to my

employee since the last 4 months for closing the current account which has only about Rs.5000 as balance.I

cannot come as I live 12 Kms.away from the bank.I have already lost Rs.25000 by giving salary and travelling

expenses to my employee for only this work and am fed up.Please see that the deed is done and I also get

compensated for the harrasment.I even emailed rbi on 29 September but no response.
