sbi customer care Respected Sir/Madam,
I am a businessman at
Arambagh,Hooghly.I beg to inform that I am a SBI customer more than 25 years.I
had a savings A/C,locker and Cash Credit Account in Arambagh branch,SBI.
Recently I have gone through a very bad experience regarding my C.C A/C from SBI
and got financial damage from SBI due to premature closure of my C.C. Account
(A/C No-016600600372).
The manager of Arambagh Branch sanctioned loan for Rs
12000 without any security.Later , he raised the amount to Rs 1,85,000
Basically, I used to take loan from some person
.So he arranged for C.C. loan.Later I accumulated some money and gave some
security deposit and he raised the amount.
On both of our agreement, I got sanctioned a
loan of Rs 1,85,000 with deposit of some money(Rs 92,000) and paper of some
property(land of 2/5 acre).(from 28.07.07 to 28.04.12)
Later , due to some family matter and financial problem, I
took back the paper of my property.
At that time the loan limit was the same.
Due to my illness and some family problem, I could not
visit Arambagh Branch to discuss about the loan limit.
But I almost repaid the loan before that.I was also
bearing the cost like Insurence, Skipping, Interest, Inspection charge
etc.On March Last year(2008) , I issued a cheque to pay my LIC
premium.The cheque was dishonored and I was charged for fine of Rs 900
Without knowing the reason, I had to pay the fine charge
of Rs 900 to LICAnd the main fact I realized that SBI have duped me very
badly and I am nothing but a BIG FULL to open C.C. Account in SBI.
Now a days, I am afraid to visit SBI though i had a strong
relationship with SBI more than 25 year.Later I got a letter with a cheque of Rs
88,000 and my
account was closed.
Now my question are as follows.
why my cheque was dishonored?
why my account was closed?
why SBI did not make any communication before taking such
decision?
If I took all the money of Rs 1,85,000, what you would do
in that case? So, what SBI did to me is nothing but a CHEATING.
I really shocked for such type of incident though I served
as a good ,faithful customer to SBI for a long period .
SBI Arambagh Branch did not clarify my query and behaved
very badly.
After that, I am approached higher authority also for clarifying all my questions .

Atm Transaction while railway reservation failed I wanted to book ticket for ranchi to new delhi in Garib rath(2877).I made the payment through my sbi credit card. After i clicked the pay button the total amount 3974 has been deducted from my account and i did not get any ticket.The got still showing SESSION EXPIRED. I don`t imagine how can this happen. please guide me and kindly revert my transaction.

Dishonouring Multi-city cheque and abusing by staff of sbi at BRPL Dear Sir/Madam, Unfortunately, today I had to face an unprecedented incident at BRPL branch of your bank, which has totally demoralised me to do any business with your bank. My a/c No. 11810572635(SB). As usually I sent my messenger to the branch to get a banker's cheque in the name of a prominent company, whose a/c is in the same bank, against a multicity cheque issued to me , the bank refused to pay for the a/c payee b/c and mis behaved my messenger saying that the a/c was from different branch of sbi. Then what is the value of core banking. After 3 hours of stuggle in the branch my messanger could succeded to get back the refusal note by the bank staff.Too, my messenger had been threatened to be handed over to the police, even when he had nothing to do except to ask for the refusal letter. The whole incident started at 11 a.m. and ende at 2.pm. I complained the matter to the AGM Mr. Mantosh Sarma Roy, Mob: 9435549253, officiating at Guwahati, but immediatelly his reply was very very poor. I wanted to do bussiness pre-paying a sum of good amount. But, I dont think one lac/ two lac money is nothing for sbi and the staffs of the BRPL sbi staff as they say they are having crores party at BRPL. So, from now onwardI forget SBI. Also, I declare that SBI people should not come to me for anything unofficial, because I am also doing something in the society. Bye SBI

hopless service at sbi kamptee Dear sir,
I am a customer o f your bank from 1984 ,now the bank is established in garuda square at KMPTTEE CAMP<display of services says that in 5 minutes a cheque will be cleared and many more but i regreat to say that all the versions are fals as i am having a bitter experiance regarding the services,ut of 12 to 15 counters only two are working in all the working time the timings are 10.30 to 113.30 am ,15.00 to 16.30 ,the custumers are drag out of the bank premices.
sir,i and my lot of collegues are working under millitory establishment,we dont find time to be in que for 2hrs to withdraw or deposite the amount ,the version of branch manager is allways ,that he running shortage of staff.the staff is allways founf on tea stall.
so i most humbley request yourhonor to drop down at kamptee for surpries visite.

SBI Railway credit card unknown expenses Dear Sir,
I am a SBI Railway credit card holder. I found some unknown expenses credited to my monthly bill pf June 09.
Upon inquiry, i found that these expenses are for some insurance which i nevver agreed for. SBI authorities are not willing to give me any more details or proof of me accepting any kind of insurance. There are lot of mails being exchanged with SBI but they are not ready to show me any proof. The expense is worth 2000 rs only, but now with interest and bill is around 10000 rs.
SBI is repeatedly calling at my home and disturbing my family. Can you please suggest me what action i can take on this.

online transaction through debit card failed, yet money deducted My name's M.Thanga Pandyan. For buying bids in buyalmost.com, i used my sbi debit card to transact Rs.2206 online through ccavenues. I ended up with an internal server error. The purchasing was unsuccessful. I immediately took the mini statement from my nearest sbi atm. Rs.2206 had been taken from my savings account as POS PRCH. Plz help me in this regard for getting my money back.

Subject:- Complaint regarding very poor service from the Manager Incharge of G-3, Vikas Puri, New Delhi-18 and Passbook not updated on times.
Sir, This is A.K Garg the seniour Citizen of India retired from Ministry of Defence. I am a 68 years old men who saved his hard earned money in your bank...My whole family, shildrens and extended are using the facility of SBI from last 10 years.
I am very shocked, surprised the kind of service I got from SBI from last eight months. The Manager Ms. V.Shanti didnt have any sence to talk to there customers, she even didnt given a singel inch of respect "how to talk to an old seniour citizen men" I simpily asked "Madam what happen printer are not working from last 8 months" as the entry which I have in my booklet till now is not upto date and misprinted..."She simply said" ..."It will not effect you" what do you mean by that?? Are you saying that ...you dont want to update your printing machine or we have to look somewhere else where we can get good service?
Sir I have other options to switch over, it will take 24 hrs to shift my account. Do SBI wants my whole family bank accounts to be shifted in XYZ in 24 hrs or you are gonna do something about it? From V. Shanti I am really disappointed, now as a customer and seniour citizen how you gonna compensate to me on this? I want a sorry letter from SBI seniour management and compensation (anything).
I appreciate if you look in this matter in person and pleae update me at the earliest.

ESC service is not provided by the manager main branch of S.B.I Rewari (Haryana) Respected sir,
with due respect we are counsumer of S.B.I Rewari branch. Branch code 705.
sir, we have life insurance policy from LIC of India and we want
payment of our premium through ESC facility which is provided by the above said branch (MICR Code: 110002403). But the manager of above said branch is refused us to provide this facility.

Compliant agst sbi vikaspuri, regarding Dmate a/c Sir, Vikaspuri & distt. centre Janak puri sbi bank missguide me & waste my time agst dmate account regarding, after this misguidance i bare a loss in share market, the bank overwrite my demate slip and submitted it but the slip rejected when i talk to bank then he say u overwrite the slip i say i have a receiving copy of slip without overwriting then she say no value of sbi receiving slip its waste paper for us do anything u do, pls help me & recovered my loss otherthan i willl takw a legal action agst all of them & bank, i go to rbi & consumer court for all this matter. waiting 4 ur responce

Amount Debitted Rs.440 from my Savings A/c No. 00000010807487221. Dear Sir,
Yesterday, I have tried to book one e-ticket through irctc from Talcher To Surat vide reference No. 0236637430IG25981383 TRANSFER TO 30911413818 SBI I.R.C.T.C. COLLECT. And the same amount was debitted from my Savings Account but yet now my ticket was not generated from irctc.
Therefore, you are requested to your goodself please do the needful from your end.

With due respect i would like to inform you that i submitted my account opening proposal/form in 07/08/2010. I got a sms from SBI stating that my a/c is opened in 12/08/2010 but no a/c no. was written there. But the bank officials are not giving me the pass book and also the a/c no. till now. It has been more than two weeks and they are not giving me the needful. Their behaviour and humour are found to be very bad. I am humiliated by one of the official of the S.B.I. Bashbari Branch, Gauripur, Dhubri, Assam. Only dates and times of collecting the a/c no. and pass book is told to me but when I go to the branch their reply is that your work is not been done yet and once again a new time and date is given to me.
Therefore I am forced to do this coplaint to you about the above mentioned reason.
So, I beg your kind honour to please do the necessary for the above mentioned purpose and thus oblige.
