ABOVE IS THE STATEMENT OF MY ACCOUNT. AS YOU CAN SEE FIRST THE BANK CREDITED INTEREST TO MY ACCOUNT ON MY SAVINGS THEN SAME DAY IT DEBITED MY ACCOUNT WITH THE SAME AMOUNT. I HAVE POSTED TICKETS TO THE BANK (AS GIVEN IN THE WEBSITE OF SBBJ ONLINE BANKING) BUT TILL TODAY THERE IS NO REPLY FROM THEM.EVERY TIME THEY GIVE A NEW TICKET NO. Remarks it is showing that on 16-Oct-2009 Rs. 579 Debited in my account as INTEREST but again it is credited. what is the problem with that.whether sbbj dont want to give interest to my saving or something else.

Remarks please clarify my earlier questions given in ticket no. 442771 and 439170, else i will go to consumer court as if the bank dont want to give interest to its customer on their savings then what is the benefiet to deposit our money to your bank?
