    Respected Sir/Madam,

    I pray your owner that I Ram Murti Devi ( Senior Citizen) R/o of House No D567 Pana udyan, Nerela, Delhi 110040, belongs to schedule cast community having a saving account in Syndicate Bank Nerela Branch, New Delhi 110040 and the account no is 90252010079580 and the branch code is "9025".

    On dated 9 may 2009, I checked the balance and it was nearly 16130/- then I deposited 1000/- in my saving account, and the balance was nearly 17347/- (Including Interest).

    Before three days I went to bank to withdraw 10,000/- but the bank official said that you do not have the balance, then we approached to the bank manager and we were shocked "The bank manager was talking so rudely like we are animals" (We have proper proof of this), then we asked to some other bank employee, then again we shocked to know that if we want to know the details then we have to pay 150/- per transaction and the bank has no concern weather the fault is from their side, like in every situation we have to pay rs150/- per transaction, this is really pathetic.

    According to my passbook I withdraw 11010/- on 9 may 2009, but on that day I deposited 1000/- ( Having Slip) ,

    Then we asked for the statement, again I shocked after seeing the statement which is totally different form the passbook.

    Bank employee are not cooperating with us and the response is like hell.

    Please guide me, I want to take a legal action against them.

    I am having all the proof with me, If you require any more details then please let me know.

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us, we have gone through your case and found that your case very much strong.

    As you mentioned that the branch employees are not helping you then send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of syndicate bank, mention all the details in it, attache all the photocopy of statement and the passbook and ask them for the refund + damages.

    Note: Do not forget to keep the slip of registered post in safe, it will help you to drag the parent company to the consumer forum, if the parent company will not solve the issue with in the mention time of 10 working days.
