I am your Classic Customer from Ahmedabad and we have 3 accounts with HDFC Bank although today i visited your Drive In Rd Branch for opening New A/c for my wife who already have Salary A/c with HDFC since 2005. I met Sankaj Khatri & his junior Kushal and handed over all necessary documents for opening New A/c and a Check worth 5000/- as it was informed to me so i gave them all documents but some documents didn't had my wife signature so they assured me that they will go to my wife office and get it done. But till now no one went to my wife's office & no one even called me / my wife and letting me know what's the situation and why they didn't do it?

Although being your loyalty customer dealing with HDFC (Ahmedabad Drive In Rd Branch) since 2005 i called up Kaushal and asked what the happen and why they didn't got document signed the reply i got was They cannot get approval for opening new account with 5000/- and his reply was very rude so i am very much disappointment such a pathetic staff and branch i have never seen this kind of unprofessional response

I am planning to close all my relationships with HDFC and if this communication is not responded on ASAP basis i will take it further legally and also I would suggest that such kind of person should not been hired by Bank ( who are into customer service and relationship)
