Can you please mention the list of damages, so that we can guide you accordingly.

Apart from this can you kindly explain why you want to file a case against ICICI even a second bank (Punjab National Bank) is also involved, due to which you faced such problem.

Actually I just want to file a case against both the banking services because I suffered a lot. During festive and birthday. I was not able to celebrate and enjoy which causes very big family problem. I got my amount back after 13 days if you see same case has happened with them then what will they do? can they bear this thing? how they treat with me? You can better understand about the private banks and how they try to recover their amount. After giving lot of torture they fine me against their amount. So I want to file a case regarding the same. Please guide accordingly.
