    With reference to above, Speed Post normally delivers promptly in a day or two. It being now 2 days we haven't received your Speed Post Article. It being so regretting this has to be convocated with Consumer Court and RBI.

    It just a Disgusting.

    Dear Sirs,

    With reference to above, the above user id is being blocked and through your CALL Center we call and they told me by 48 hrs you will received the password by ordinary post. There are 2 instance which took place which is mentioned below, Such a important document which will be sent in ORDINARY POST, what will be the proof that it being deliver safe.

    Internet Banking Scenario.
    On 15th September, when i had made the Advance tax Payment, the server asked me to change the password first and then allowed me to do this transaction. I have noted down the change password. Now on 30th September, when i am trying to logging to the above id, it didn't logged me in and told wrong password for both old and new. then i called your 1800222244 which is mention on the site. They accepted the request and told me that the password will be mail to you in ordinary post, when i told courior it to me tomorrow they told it out of their practice. Till now i haven't received the password and to be more bad my service tax payment is being delayed due to this. This occur 2nd time in last 6 months when the password was change dynamically through making E Tax payment. There is some sought of problem with the server that whenever the password is being change dynamically through the e-tax payment site, server didn't accept the password both time. You should allowed user to logging direct to the site to change the password and not at the time of making payment.

    Mumbai Samachar Branch.
    Today, 6th of October, i went personally to the above branch to make the service tax payment on the counter, the cheque was accepted at the counter and then later on i got a call stating that the cheque no series is not reflecting in their computer, I would like to inform you that the cheque presented for payment was of SERVICE TAX Payment with was holding the same PAN NO of which is being register with the bank with the account. The question of holding the cheque for non acceptance doesn't comes across, since your physical cheque book also showing the same series issued to us. It not our mistake that you haven't register the same in the database. The same above cheque book was issued by you on 8th June 2008 and 12th June 2008 which was mentioned in your cheque book register, only thing was not counter sign by the receiving man. How can a person without your knowledge can take the cheque book outside ur premises. The person in authority Ms Mani Madam then took the sign of mine and with the date mention today was sign in the register. The question is you have nothing to loose since on a word you stop the payment and then you call us to come to the bank with the cheque book and want to verify the same and also not honouring the cheque which was not going to any third party but to the Government. I am going to report this to RBI this instance with the date and also closing down the above account very shortly in a day or 2.

    It being ridiculous working with you and hope your most of the customer closed the account due to extremely bad service provided.

    Dear Sir,

    To sort out such kinds of Banking complaints, you will have to send a written complaint to the Head Office of the concerned Bank and wait for the response for near 15 to 20 days. Keep a copy of that letter with you so that if the Bank fails to give you any solution, you can forward your complaint to the Banking Ombudsman.
