I had an credit card from ICICI which had due of 42000 RS. Due to uncertain fanancial crisis i was unable to pay the credit. The bank prapose me for settlement for 20000 RS in 4 payment of 5000 each. First payment i made of 3000rs as i didnt had more 2000 rs but promised them to make the balance on next payment. Next month i paid 5000 rs followed by three more month in total of 18000 rs. The 2000 rs was due left, and was skip from my mind and also bank further didnt notified anyfurther about shortage of 2000rs for settlement. 1yr later bank again started pushing me for 42000 rs , upon confirming them that i had done steelement they replied back that it didnt happened cause i didnt paid then more 2000 rs. Also the funds of 18000 is void"Means forfitted." then upon my employer regulated to give salary through icici bank account to ICICI of employee and upon this when my salary came in the bank account they deducted 25000 rs from my saving accout without my permission and is also showing negative balance of 17000. I verified this with bank and they give this repeated line " that they have no controll over this and need discuss with head office in Delhi and they keep throwing things upon verious department". I live in kolkata and wondering how to resolve this issue. Is my 18000 rs paid is gone/ forfitted by bank (their other way of making income from illegal fraud means ? By dragging in settlement fraud game first and then eat the money and keep their due as it is). If i could pay 18000 rs i could had also paid another 2000 rs too, it just skipped from my mind.
I am willing to fight this matter at any extent as possible, i need solution from this fraud game (banks eating settlement money without burping) i have recipts of each and every payment i made during settelment. Pleas help.
