Dear Sir/madam,

My name is Nidhi and I live in Navi Mumbai.

I have an account with a local bank from Raigad, Shree siddhivinayak Nagari Sahakari Bank.

The bank has defaulted due to issuing excessive loans and unable to complete the targets of collection amounts.

due to this the bank is not ready to return our huge savings of about 9-10 lakh. Instead they say that they are merging with other banks and so will not be letting out any money and this is going on since more than a year.

My parents have saved this money for my studies overseas. Today when I am in urgent need of these funds, I am unable to withdraw my own money.

We have applied formally for withdrawal and done several rounds but all in vain.

I request you to please help us in this case, as I belong to a middle class family and this amount means a lot to us.
