Dear Sir,

Could you please explain…… who has given the authority to the bank to charge the amount from my account without any confirmation...and why they are deducting 112.36 Rs on every Transaction?

It's not a minor issue and this is not done when you are deducting 112.36 Rs twice in a month without any prior notice. If I am taking Rs. 2000 or 5000 from my friend as a borrow. I have to return him full money at the end of the month. Please take some urgent action on this....
