Dear Sir/Madam,

I have saving account with HDFC bank. I wanted my last 1 year’s bank statement to be submitted for some urgent personal work.
I visited the Safderjung enclave branch personally for that on 19th sep 2009 and since then I have not received my bank statement,
Even though I am calling them daily and daily they are promising to send it in one day.

Please look into the matter urgently as they are not taking any actions for the consumers query and concerns.

To sort out such kind of Banking complaints, you will have to send a written complaint to the Branch Office of the concerned Bank and wait for the response for near 10 to 15 days. If the Branch Office fails to provide you any help in that time frame then you can send your written complaint to the Head Office of the concerned Bank.
