Dear Mr. Sharma,

First of all, pls. send a written complaint to the Branch office, on the name of branch manager and ask about the explanation of those levied charges. You can go through the Website of the concerned Bank for the detailed information or the list of all Bank charges.

I have an account in a semi urban branch of AXIS BANK LTD. (Min AQB is Rs 2500)...with A/c no . 729010100007627...
I have checked all the list of charges by the bank and so I did nothing so that the bank would charge me extra....I even talked with the branch employee regarding the minimum AVERAGE QUARTERLY BALANCE (AQB)...and took a statement on 23/09/2009 so that I could calculate my AQB and so I did....I saw that my AQB had fallen below Rs 2500 ( the limit required)....so I put enough amount of money so that the AQB would rise above Rs 2500.....But still the bank debited consolidation charges for my A/c @ Rs 3050/- + Rs 314/-

As I am a student, that amount of money is a huge money for me and i had saved that much money with a lot of effort and so the debit of the money has upset me a lot...I now have no faith on any private banks....Please help me out...
