    Default heavy bank charges

    I have a cc a/c. with SBI, Saharanpur. My customer deposited a cheque of Rs. 10000/- in my a/c. of SBI in inter city. Bank credited Rs. 9975/- in my a/c. and debited Rs. 25/- as intercity charges. How can a bank charge twice for intercity cheques?

    Dear Sir,

    Kindly send a written complaint to your Branch Manager. Hope you will get any solution from him. If you haven't got any solution within 15 days, then forward your complaint to concerned bank's head office with copy of that letter.
