Regarding wrong deduction from SB account

Sir/Madam,
With due respect, I state as:
9100xxxxxx86078, branch NIT Faridabad, Haryana, and amount of Rs 2500 has been deducted without any transaction -shown via Punjab National Bank ATM Delhi in the salary statement on 31/5/2012.
I tried for cash withdrawl that time (on 31st of may), but the transaction was not processed. So No cash was withdrawn and so no transaction slip and no SMS alert of withdrawl on my mobile No. Still that amount (Rs. 2500) has been deducted from my Savings account which I never received. You can check your sms service regarding that withdrawl.

When I requested to customer.service@axisbank.com, I got a reference no. 3778795 on 8 june, and again requesting 3847113 on 16 june, but no action was taken.
So I request you to return that amount of Rs 2500 in my savings account.
