We,TIPL Noamundi has opened a current account no-31108878869 for daily transaction related to our ofiice purposes.Lot of liabilities are pending for last 02 month & we are unable to operate our branch due to non-receipt of Cheque book.We are in touch with the local noamundi branch & found neighter they are able to provide us cheque book or they able to give the despatch details of the cheque book.
Resulting total operation is stuckup now & we are helpless after opening the account at Noamundi office.

Request to issue us cheque book locally or get us the despatch details so that we can make followup from Speed post authority.

Dear sir
since 07 - 04 - 2011 i have been requesting the sbi services group to lift the lien they are holding on my term deposit with sbm as i have not been considered for the issue of gold & titanium card.
My point is very simple : When i have been refused to issue the card, please lift the lien being held on my term deposit with sbm. And now i do not need your card even if it is reconsidered for issue.
The whole case is bungled up by sbi card services group and endless correspondence is going on without bothering to understand the simple issue.
I am therefore left with no other option but to report to the ombudsman for settling my request.
That's all is about my complaint.

Dear Sir,
Previously, I applied for issuing of Cheque book in the last week of Sept.2011 at CCL Campus Branch ,Ranchi. Againg I applied for same on 27.10.2011. But till date I have not yet been received the same for which I am facing very dificulties for trannsanction. Rs.150/- is debited from my A/C.also. A housing loan of Rs.12,00,000/- has been sanctioned from Kolkata. They needs Cheque book as per rule .But I am unable to submit the same for want of non availability of Cheque Book.
Therefore, again I request to issue cheque book as early as possible so that I may deposit to SBI,Kolkata for housing loan.
Promt action in this regards will be highly appreciated.

we are calling on helpline then no any reply ,
when call on branch no thn no1 recieve it,
when som1 talking in goodmanner thn saying loudly with bed manner ,
with customer of sbi branch tundla junction Branch code-7229



so that's type of bed behave hapend with farmer,
plz take a somthing good action against this curroption.so no1 do that type of behave.
this situation going on since augest 2011.uptu exam around to corner but student not taking a clearance of this bank.

Dear Sir,
I have opened an account with SBI before 3 to 4 months ago. I have opened UK base current account and also NRE account in India, Ahmedabad Branch.
I have received my card, cheque book after 2 months, not still not received any information about NRE online banking. I send an email about my online banking details to SBI harrow branch and they forward this email to SBI in Ahmedabad on 2nd of November, but I havent received any reply from India side.
FInally I am thinking to terminate my account with SBI.
This is one of the worst service I have ever received.
I would suggest to people do not open an account with SBI at all.

I reguested for activation of Internet Banking fecility last month Oct 2011 25th. I was given User Id on 28th of the same. But i did not recieve the PASSWORD until now . I dont know why? i am working in L&T as a Subcontractor (Design engineer), today i went Poorur Branch i given SBI chq from L&T
i took a token waiting more than 40min. than my turn i given my chq leave they told we cant pay this bcz more than 20,000
not possible rule is there they told (3rd party chq........................) ok

my point is .....if they said yearly when i came inside the bank Helping team or enquire section people tell this message
its very useful bcz i save my time & Bank also ............i spend 40min. after they said not possible

1. Sir I have deposited Kotak Mohindra Bank cheque bearing machine No 435511 dt 22 Jun 2011 on 06 Jul 2011 at SBI 39 GTC code No 8072 through spl courier for Rs 15116.69 (Rupees fifteen thousand one hundred sixteen and paise sixty nine only) on account No 10106505453, but the cheque not credited in my account till date.

2. SBI 39 GTC stated that the account No mentioned in cheque is 65054531010 is wrong, hence it has not processed by them.

3. It is not understood that Kotak Mohindra Bank another cheque bearing machine No 412860 dt 28 May 2011 for Rs 45055.09 (Rupees forty five thousand fifty five and paise nine only) and account No mentioned in cheque is 65054531010 has been deposited on 14 Jun 2011 in account No 10106505453 and credited on Jun 2011 by them (Photocopy of deposit slip cheque already submitted to them for ready reference)

4. They are also stated that the account No 10106505453 in respect of pranab deb is wrong on 24 Nov 2011.

5. You are requested to credit my cheque as early as possible please.

sir, i booked an airline ticket on [makemytrip.com] through my sbi atm card on 10 oct 2011.the same ticket was cancelled by me on 29 oct 2011.according to the website makemytrip,a sum of Rs10018 was refunded to my account within 10 working days, but the same has not been shown in my account till date. kindly clarify

I already submit my Cheque book request letter to my SBI Branch (Woraiyur - Trichy) on 12th Nov 2011.My home building is under the process of construction (73 -E, Salai Road, Trichy - 620003).So me and my family members are stay near my home (My husband's Aunt’s home).I already mentioned I’m a working women and I can’t able to stay at home. I know the Post is returned to SBI office only. So today I went to my branch office and I explained my situation. I request him to handover a cheque book in the branch Office (Woraiyur Branch). I will collect the same with my ID proof personally. But he refused my request and told me harshly "you have to give your present address proof otherwise I will close your account". I’m really shocked. How can I give address proof of other person’s home address or how can I stay in a damaged building??. I already raise a complaint for request a cheque (CC-1320915924386), now this problem. I’m happy to having an account with SBI, but I really unhappy with this type of staffs. Pls do the needful at earliest.

i submit my form to open a new account on 25th november in Dhantala branch,dhantala,nadia.The office staff told me that it will take 30 or 40 days more but i need it very urgent as i got a scholarship of 9000(in cheque) from wbmdfc,i need this money for 2nd year admission..

1.the Bank has not submiited my EMI cheque for the month of Oct 2011 last year.
2.The Bank is delaying my EMI payments every month, This month its already 17 JAN 2012 still my payments are not done by Bank.

Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that my wife (Vinita Rodrigues) booked a Toyota Etios on the 26th dec 2011 from the Mangalore sales showroom and was directed by the sales to approach the S.B.I or Axis Bank for the Loan amount. The same was followed upon and we choose the S.B.I since you were the corporate clients with them. The papers were processed for a loan amount of Rs.3,70,000 for a Sub-Venture Scheme and we opted for 10% ROI for a term of 5 years.



We received a sanctioned Loan SMS from the S.B.I on the 31-12-2011.However, The documentation were signed on the 2-1-2012 as per the call by Mr. Devappa for opening a loan Account , It was realized by the loan department that the Sub Venture Scheme could not be availed since the due date was 31-12-2012.



The Loan department, RASMECCC, Mangalore(Assistant General Manager,Mr. Basavaraj Karoshi) further directed their main office at Mumbai to approve one Loan account on special basis due to the commitment made before the 31-12-2011, but got a refusal note



However, I have also mailed this matter to the customer care- Toyota on the 12-01-2011 and again mailed the scanned letter and signed document copy to the Toyota customer care and requested them for a special consideration and extension of the Sub venture scheme since my documents were cleared on the 31-12-2011 by the S.B.I loan department, Mangalore. In this context I have received a SMS from the Toyota with reference no: TCM0112007525, dated 18-01-2012 at 07:38 Pm.



Mrs. Saraswati- Head-Customer services, Mangalore, inquired the case and informed me that the S.B.I blames that the customer is responsible for the delay since the agreement was signed on the 02-01-2012. In return i informed her that the S.B.I loan department(Mr. Devappa) called me on the 02-01-2012 to sign the documents and so was it done as per their instructions.


Hence,as per the enquiry their lies a gap of communication internally within the S.B.I Loan Department right from Mr. Vishwnath Kamat who received my paper and forwarded to Mr. Devappa who got the documents signed and who has not followed up and showed a delay in processing the file for raising the loan account on 31-12-2011.


I am being advised to address this issue to the banking Ombudsman since it is purely delay of services from the Loan department where the customer has to incur a additional burden of approx Rs.13000/- ( difference of 1.25%) under the sub venture Scheme.
