    Sub:- Debit single entry on 25/5/10 through net banking.


    Dear sir,

    I would like to bring it to your notice that I have paid Rs.985/- (Rs. Nine hundred eighty-five only) through net banking on 25-05-2010, for Airtel telephone bill, but it was in single debit entry. Previously I informed to net banking section as per your formal paper process system, since two month ago.

    Therefore, I request to you, to take necessary action above matter and obliged me as early as possible.

I was Complaint wrong debit Ecs Amount 1,238/- (Rupees One Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Eight Only) Dated 28/08/2009 in the my account. I have written a letter in the branch but no response received. I was meet branch Manager and ECS In charges but My Problem both of person no solved. I had checked ECS voucher but No name show the list but my branch no refund credit in the my account

    Thumbs down wrongly double debit

    Sir,
    i made a transaction with a sum of 2500rs. With my sbi ac no.30163778606 at sbi atm,airfield,srinagar on 1st jun'09.a total sum of 5000rs.has been deducted from this single debit.i made many many complaints,no action is taken yet.plz refund the money.

    1. With due respect and humble submission, I G/2102978 Hav/GD Sunil Kumar of 21 Assam Rifles, C/o 99 APO, have the honour to state following few lines for your kind perusal and sympathetic consideration please.
    2. It is info you that I, Sunil Kumar take a personnel loan amounting to Rs. 80,000/- (Rupees eighty thousand only) under SARAL Scheme for repayment within three years from SBI Phak, Nagaland Code No. 2610 on 12 Dec 2005. Then I paid monthly installment Rs. 2690/- till May 2006.
    4. In the time of turn over of my unit I applied to your branch for transfer of my account and loan details to SIB Main Branch Imphal (0092). Accordingly my account transferred to SBI Imphal. But SBI Imphal didn’t accept my monthly installment due to non receipt of loan details. In that time I give so many correspondence to phek branch nagaland buy they told we transfred your loand details to SBI, Imphal Code no 0092. But SBI imphla refured to this. so i am very anxious about this..
    4. In view of the above may I request your honour to kindly look into the matter seriously and take needful action at the earliest and also requested to enlighten your response to my personnel mob No. 9863787308 and 9436437935.

    Default Delayeing in services by sbi new katni(m.p.)

    Sir,

    I had deposited ONE cheque NO. 040213 (ICICI BANK) in SBI NEW KATNI branch in KATNI(M.P.) on 09 SEP 10. The cheques have not been cleared till date (25 SEP). When I contacted the branch the Chief Manager said that they will be cleared by 30 SEP 10.

    Whom can I approach to complain about this inordinate delay.

    Question Compensation of delaying atm credit

    Respected sir,
    i debited 10000 rs from sbi atm ,i m sbi bank custmer.but the money was not despense. I complaint the branch office where my account is running but the bank officer deniy to take complaint ,he says that u can file there complaint in custmer cell sbi online .then we lodge my complaint there .on 28-01-10.but after the passing two month but the money is not credit in my account .after that we self go to the diffrent banks then at last we get my money on 16-04-10.
    In over all the time passed 2 month & 6 day . Now we want to compensation of the delay in credit my money in my account .i write a application of the branch manager where my account is going on last 25-8-10 but there is no rply from the bank .
    Now what action we take to the bank ?
    I get the compensation from bank ?
    Through the rbi circular lettler ?
    Plz help me and gave ur advise

    Default Denial of submitting Account opening form

    I visited your branch in Faridabad on 2nd October for opening a new account. Then I faced few challenges in that bank branch and those are as follows:
    1. When I tried to submit my filled form to open a new account then I found that there was no person sitting for that job. On enquiring regarding this, I came to know that there is no person available for this purpose from last few days and the person who was working on this desk is being transferred to some other branch.
    2. Then I visited enquiry desk for this purpose then they told me that there is no person recruited for this purpose as of now so they told me to contact branch manager for this purpose.
    3. Then I met branch manager I.P.Chhabra for this purpose. I told him that I have completed all these formalities that are requires to open a new account and I brought all my proofs that needs to be submitted to open a new account. Instead of helping me out he advised me to go to another branch. I told him that I am already having PPF account in this branch and my family members are also having Savings and PPF account in this branch only. After hearing all this his response was the same and was in a rude way. After insisting one more time he rudely denied to open a new savings account in that branch.

    It’s really disappointing when you visit a Bank Branch to open a new savings account and in response you get a denial in a rude way. I think this treatment with the customer is not tolerable as I was hurt there would be many who are suffering from the same. When a branch manager is behaving in that way what can we expect from other employees.
    I hope you would understand that how your customers are being treated in some of your branches. Please take an initiative to preserve a good relationship with customers and to preserve this you need to take actions against such persons who are spoiling this relationship.

    Default Not receving the atm card

    sir last year on sep 28 2008,i made a request for
    reissuing my atm card which was damaged due to same reason.
    i subbmitted my application and made call at MAIN
    BRANCH OF SBI IN MAIN BRANCH GULBARGA(KARNATAKA).
    at the same next day my 200rs was also deducted from
    my account for same request.
    til now i have given 3 more applications regarding
    delaying in receiving of my atm services..til i hvn't received any
    information
    regarding why its being delayed.
    1week before i made call at
    GULBARGA BRANCH to make my conformation of my atm request, i was being told
    that they havn't received any request.sir i m student studying outside of my
    hometown.
    my father has gone thrice at office he has
    sent back after being told that they dont know anything.
    even i called to my brach manager of my
    hometown bursted and said dont give me threat and i
    have to do nothing.

    Default Draw amount not comout from sbi atm

    sir my name is R.Rmarao .i have sbi account in palasa brach code 1006 . srikakulam dist . andhrapradesh .i was withdraw 2000 rs from sbi atm at palasa at the time 5 o clock on 06 - 11- 2010 .     I have a saving/pension account in State Bank of India, Khatiwala Tank, Branch, Indore from where, I have been getting my pension from state govt. of Madhya Pradesh. My P.P.O no is 84157. Prior to this, I used to get my pension from State Bank of India, Choithram hospital branch, Indore. In both the branches my a/c no. has been...53001571174

    But when as per rule the time became due for submission of 'life certificate' both the brancnes are refusing to accept my 'life certificate' to process and ensure further payment of pension.
    Sir, I am in dilemma, what to do? Because without processing of life certificate, My pension may be held causing me inconvinience. Please help me.

    Dear Sir,
    HTL Account No.:30385012888
    I am holding the captioned HTL account in your branch. I had applied and taken a loan of Rs.5,00,000.00 in three instalment. The first instalment was paid to me vide D.D. No. 236532, dated 17.05.08 for an amount of Rs.220000.00. The second instalment was paid vide D.D. No. 244912, dated 22.08.08 for an amount of Rs.150000.00. Since the bank had already paid me Rs.370000.00 and I was to make the 3rd payment of Rs.1,50,000.00 to my builder, I requested the bank vide my letter dated 27.01.09 to clear my last instalment of Rs.1,30,000.00 and issued a cheque (No. 0268835), for the balance amount of Rs.20,000.00, thereby, I was issued Demand Draft No. 249642, dated 03.02.2009 for an amount of Rs.1,50,000.00 by the branch.
    In the mean time at the end of the accounting year 2008-09, I was given a statement by the Branch Manager whereby it was stated that during the year I had paid Rs.29819.00 as interest repayment and the balance Rs.9021.00 as principal repayment. A similar statement was again issued by your office, whereby you have mentioned that I have paid Rs.13347.00 as principal repayment & Rs.37113.00 as interest repayment against my HTL account during the year 2009-10.
    On 6th of April’2010, I received a statement of accounts of my loan account on my e-mail, where it was mentioned that the balance carried forward against my account as on 31.03.2010 was Rs.4,97,091.00, which I was surprised to note.
    On 9th of April’2010, the matter was discussed with you over phone, when you mentioned that my loan amount against the captioned HTL account was much more than Rs.5,00,000.00. Moreover, I am also surprised to note that my loan limit as mentioned in the statement is Rs.10,00,000.00, when actually I had applied for omnly Rs.5,00,000.00 in my application.
    It may be also noted that I had applied for Home Loan when the bank was offering 8% interest rate, and I thoroughly believed that my E.M.I is being calculated accordingly. However, I am surprised to note that I have been made to pay on fixed interest rate of 9.75%.
    I did feel that there is something wrong in my loan account and, therefore, I had requested you in writing vide my letter dated 15.11.09 to scrutinise my account, a copy of which is also enclosed for your ready reference. I am yet to receive any reply from your end.
    I am extremely dissatisfied to note that such a thing could happen with a public sector bank, since as a P.S.U employee, I believed on the system and can never think of such a descrepancy.
    I do hope you will be able to spare some time to immediately look into the matter and give a a suitable reply giving details of my account right from the time it has been opened. In case you are not able to reply, kindly let me know in writing so that I can take up the matter with appropriate authority immediately.

    my name is murali krishna.recently i apllied for usa for higer education.i asks my bank manager(sbi) for loan but he refused for the reason that i dont have any local propety in the town.the branch is at sattenapalli but i'm from a village pedamakkena which is 12 kms from sattenapalli.accordin to him all the loan appliers must hava a property in sattenapalli.is it possible for all villagers to own or buy the properties in town.i assured him that i have lot of agricultural landa and hose but he does not obey.now what can i do.please reply me to murali.royalc@gmail.com
