    I am anand singh i am an account holder in sbi bank branch of badar pur new delhi 110044. Bank employee does not work properly. They dont start pass book entry machine always. Always he says networking problem. All customer face same problem always. So please take action properly

    Default irreugular,non attendavle , complete ignorance towards customer

    Sir,
    MY self Manjeet Singh has availed housing loan from SBI RACPC Mumbai Branch 3 years back of amount 10,26000( Rs Ten lacsand twenty thousand only). I have booked flat which will be ready by end 2011. In have booked the flat from Air Force Naval Housing Board. Now The board has given payment schedule in advance. I am paying loan to bank for past three years consistently.
    When I ask bank to pay the amount ,first of all they never entertain the general enquery numbers. You can try at any time. If you send them fax for clearing the payment, they will simply say that it is misplaced. My loan Account No is 30163965233 and after doing two faxes of demand letter dt 03 Mar 10 and also communicated telephonically still the payment is not reached to the board. For last two years I have had the totally bad service. It is requested that the staff should be checked surprisely and the person who are working for the bank not doing the duty properly should be warn and note should be made against individual in the record.
    Hopin for my this complain to be entertained so that I can have trust to be remain with me about SBI

    Default Rs 15000/ deducted against account payee cheque of Rs 3000/

    Sir/Madam
    I had drawn an account payee cheque bearing cheque no 88506 of Rs 3000/ in favour of Sri Debdas Chatterjee from my state bank savings bank account 10323126296.He deposited the cheque in his post office savings bank account no 1337577 on 03.04.2010 and Rs 3000/ was deposited in his account vide that cheque.But it was found that Rs 15000/ was deducted from my account against cheque number 88506.I have submitted a written complaint to the branch manager on 26.4.10 along with the account statement of my account and that of Sri Debdas Chatterjee and requested him to deposit Rs 12,000/,the excess amount deducted for no reasons known to me.Till date I have neither received an reply from him, nor the said amount was deposited in my account.Waiting for your reply

    Sub: Delay in Educational loan sanction by SBI, Alangudi, Pudukkottai, Tamil Nadu.


    I, V.Pandiyan, am studying M.L. (Constitutional Law and Human rights) in T.N.Dr.Ambedkar law University, Chennai. I approached the State Bank of India (SBI), Alangudi branch (1311) for educational loan of Rs.73, 305/- in the month of January. They insisted for number of formalities. I fulfilled the requirements they asked by giving College fee structure, Laptop price quotation, Bank pass book Xerox, Driving License Xerox as ID proof, UG Mark sheet and two photos. But they dragged the matter unnecessarily and I was compelled to shuttle between Chennai and Pudukottai for the past three months. Finally they accepted my documents on 16.04.2010. But till date they haven’t taken any steps to sanction my loan amount.

    As I am pursuing my post-graduate studies which is more research oriented Laptop is an essential thing for me. With out getting loan I cannot afford a Laptop and it seriously affects my studies. Already three months have gone and my semester exam dates were also announced. At this juncture I am in dire need of loan amount to buy books and Laptop or otherwise my studies will be spoiled. Ironically now I have my practical exams and assignments and it is really impractical for me to go to Pudukottai to persuade the Bank officials for the earlier sanction of my loan amount. So I request you to do the needful to sanction my loan as earlier as possible and help me to continue my studies.

    I tried to withdraw RS-15000 from najafgarh (delhi) ATM but at the time of cash come out , i had waited sometime but i did not recieved cash at that time ,and amount Rs -15000 , deducted from my account NO -30206090567,
    And ATM card no -6220180805400079561.
    AND
    AN amount of RS-10000 made set hold by your SBI bank on 8-5-2008,this amount have not recieved till date .
    I have made many complaints against this problem to SBI Branch chapra AND delhi(najafgarh) SBI. I have not recieved any positive answer ,kindly take neccessry action earlier and credit the both amount RS 15000+10000 in my account.

    Angry Dishonest activity from a sbi bank employe g.p. Ramachandran,sbi,mannarkkad,palakkad

    Respected sir,

    I may forward some miss behavior from one of your employees committed to the customers. Mr. G.P. Ramachandran, SBI, MANNARKKAD Br, PALAKKAD DIST, KERALA has put a notice board in front of his cash counter with a Photocopy of paper clipping appeared in a Malayalam daily, DESABIMANI, a party paper. In that there is a NEGATIVE report regarding THE PUBLIC LTD COMPANY, NANO EXCEL CORPORATION LTD. He is propagating the negative news regarding the company. But sir, you may note that the very next day OF THE REPORT it self the company had issued a LEGAL PUBLIC NOTICE in same news paper objecting the report and made clear cut clarification.

    In the wake above circumstances, who the hell is he to exhibit the paper report in front of the bank counter and propagating negative news by himself to the company customers. If necessary I shall attach the photograph of the BANK COUNTER for your kind verification. We, the share holders of the company are planning to forward a mass complaint to you and the HIGHER AUTHORITIES. So please treat this as a report for FIRST INVESTIGATION from your side. We want him suspended for his arrogant act to the share holders who come to the bank for their business purpose.

    i have a Current a/c no. 30561044741 under name Gupta Enterprises in Kharkhoda (Sonepat City-Haryana). I am facing regular problem from Bank Emplyoess. There behaviorial not well & clearly refused to do work like RTGS or any other bank reguler services. I am giving reguler business to bank but they always create problem for us. Pls take correct action against bank employess.

    I’m N SASTRI from BANGALORE and have an saving a/c in Uttarahalli Branch, Bangalore and my SB A/c : 30866302083. I was trying to withdraw money from SBI ATM centre’s from Sunday, but unsuccessful to withdraw the money.

    1) SUNDAY Morning I tried in PADMANABHA NAGAR, BANGALORE ATM CENTRE and I’m was getting an error RESPONSE CODE : 070 and I called the customer care center and they said it is technical problem try after sometime. Again I tried in the evening the result was the same.
    2) MONDAY Afternoon I went to Uttarahalli Branch, Bangalore and tried in ATM CENTRE and I was facing the same problem and I went to the branch and to meet the concern person for surprise they was nobody to response for my problem, because branch manager was on leave and next in-charge of branch was not available.
    3) MONDAY Evening I went to the branch around 4.00pm to meet the concern person they said ‘banking hours upto 4:00pm come tomorrow’ and I had an argument with staff and finally I met a person (in-charge) and I showed the slips which was generated by ATM machine and he said there is no problem in my sb a/c and it is technical problem and for my surprise he said that ‘IT IS MACHINE PROBLEM AND YOU HAVE LEAVE THAT AND HE DON’T KNOW THE PROBLEM NOR TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM’
    4) MONDAY Evening I called again to CALL CENTRE (NITIN & ARAVIND) but they continued to blame on the Machine and want me approach Branch. I was asking the executive to give the concern person’s (Chairman, MD, Karnataka Head, All Indian Head) contact no’s (if they are exists) and he could not be able to provide. And again I given a call to the customer care one of the executive has given the no’s 080-25943030 and 1800-425-8002 GENERAL MANAGER, BANGALORE BRANCH and he is only available only between 10:00am to 5:00pm.
    5) SBI CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE EXECUTIVE is not having adequate training nor to handle the customer’s and very poor response and reception.

    My question to SBI is that a customer’s are facing problem and SBI is not able to solve problem, where the customer has to stand???. When I called customer care they said to contact branch and when I contact the branch they say it is machine problem and you have to leave with that. SBI is talking so BIG that one of the biggest bank in India and providing 24x7 service and for my surprise SBI failed because you have a lot problem’s within yourself and how can my solve problem. I say SBI is like ‘SHOOTING ON FOOT AND RUNNING FOR MARATHON’. SBI is taking the customer for a ride.

    SBI ATM MACHINE is function properly then better don’t issue ATM CARD to the customer’s, because SBI don’t believe on ATM MACHINE nor don’t know the problem nor SOLVE the problem of ATM MACHINE. In my opinion SBI should switch over to manual banking system and has an very vast experience.

    looking for some cencern over it and i would request to take necessary action.

    Thumbs down Internet banking - Reg.

    Dear Sir, My name is Shekar.M. On 13 Jun 2010 (Sunday), I had been to SBI Selaiyur at Chennai to update my passbook (A/C No.10241942216) and apply for "INTERNET BANKING". The Manager/Cash Sh.Murali refused to accept the form & was very harsh replying he cannot do that work and come the next day.

    The same service by SBI Sriharikota (Nellore - AP) took just 3 MINUTES to issue me and got activated "ONLINE BANKING" in NO TIME. I think the Selaiyur SBI staff are overworked or they are not trained to handle "WE THE CUSTOMERS". Then I had to approach the Branch Manager Sh.Kumar, (for that I had to wait for nearly 1 hour outside his Office). He took 15 minutes to issue me the "ONLINE KIT.

    Now the problem till date, I am UNABLE to operate the online banking even though I am provided with the requisite kit.

    WHAT SHOULD I DO(?)

    with due respect i want to state that myself SHAZAD HUSSAIN having (DSP) bank account in SBI BANK of UDHAMPUR (GARHI) DISTRICT JAMMU & KASHMIR. My Account no is 20044383221.
    i have been issued 1 atm cards.
    Four Month back my ATM card was loup in Axis bank ATM in FARIDABAD HARYANA.Then I call custamer care he say’s me that firstly you blocked you’r ATM CARD. So I blocked my ATM Card then after I contect my mother branch which is in JAMMU & KASHMIR UDHAMPUR. I told there my problem and also subbmited aplication for a fresh ATM Card in march 2010. then after I subbmited aplication three time . from today onwards there is no response from branch. Please verify my complaint and solve it sir,

    Default Rgarding ATM PIN number

    Rspected Sir,
    Iam KOSURI VIJAY KIRAN opened savings bank account in STATE BANK OF INDIA IBRAHIMPATNAM BRANCH, KRISHNA Dt. VIJAYAWADA, ANDHRAPRADESH, on 22-06-2010 and applied for ATM on the same day. I have recevied a letter regarding my secret PIN number 28-06-2010. Today i.e., 08-07-2010 i went to bank to collect my ATM PIN number. I have waited 40 minutes in Dy-Manger Cash room. He did not even asked what is the matter, after that i asked him regarding my secret PIN number, he replied me rashly that he will give it tomorrow without verifying the record, then i asked him is the PIN number available in the branch or not. He answered recklessly that "even it is available now i won't give you today" and i told him i will wait, even then he replied rashly that,"even if you wait till 4.Pm i wo't give it to you, go and come tomorrow"
    So, please verify my complaint and take necessary action. There are so many people who are not getting accurate services from this branch, but they are silently waiting for long hours for small work also.Please accept my complaint regarding this.
