I had applied for a MIG flat in GDA Housing Scheme Code-642 with application number-->
000672 dated 19/08/92.

I got allotment under it in SAPNADAN MIG.

I had make the whole payment in accordance with GDA norms as below.

a) Registration Amount 32500
b) Reservation Amount 32500 25-May-1993
c) Installment No 1 21666 25-Aug-1993
d) Installment No 2 21666 25-Nov-1993
e) Installment No 3 21667 25-Feb-1994
f) Installment No 4 21667 25-May-1994
g) Installment No 5 21667 25-Aug-1994
h) Installment No 6 21667 25-Sep-1994


But the house was also then not allotted to me after 4 years and they
Were not giving any intimation when I will get the possession of Flat.
I had contacted them so many times but the behaviour of GDA was so pathetic
And they make fool of me.
So, I requested for cancellation of the flat after being harassed from them
And not getting the date of possession from GDA.

After visiting GDA office so many times I got cheque from them on 20-Mar-98
Of just 191750 Rs by cheque no->0164950 ie less of Rs 3250 from the amount given to GDA.

I also make a complaint in Consumer Forum Ghaziabad under PARIVAD NUMBER
641 in the year 1998 regarding the fraud done to me.

I request forum for the payment of my remaining money and interst on my money for
So many years.

I am a heart patient and undergone BYEPASS SURGERY four back along with MITRAL VALVE REPLACEMENT. As I was in hospital and was not in a condition to travel so I was not able to go to FORUM.

My financial condition is not so good as I am not doing Medical Practice and was at home for most of the time.

My home is also in ETAH (UP) around 200 km from Ghaziabad so I will not be able to make so many presence over there. But my son who is a Engineer by profession will take
Care of all the proceedings on my behalf.

I am having all installment receipts and everything which be needed.

Sir, please do the justice as soon as possible so that I can live my remaining life in a better way

I will be highly obliged.
