i m in a business of fertilizers and pesticides
last yer in apr- may i got a dealership of punjab chemichles and crop protection ltd.
in form of dealership this is decleared by me to send goods only by SAHYAOG TRNSPORT CO.
but last year on 01-12-2010 company send me a 2 box of pesticides from another transport.
after a month when i not got them so calling to companies reprasentitive mr. meharwan singh about them.
so he says me that `` it should possible that due to shortage of good depot was not send you material".
after three month in march ending they call me to send a payment of good and saying me that they was dispetched the good by another transport.
i was saying them that again ana again that i have not recieve the material but they are not hearing me .
and saying me to use my blank cheqes.
plz. guide me
what should i have to do.
and how could get help form you.
