jo handset mujhe something 5 to 10 days bad problem create kare lga. jiske regarding maine service center pr sampark kiya. to wha employee kha ki software update krna prega. kyoki meri problem thi ki mujhe battry backup & recive SMS ki 2-2 copy show kr rhi thi. 1 copy delete krne pr 2sri copy me box jese error show krte the or delete krne pr error ke sath delete nhi hote the. jiske regarding service center bar -2 mujhe softwere update kr santusth kr return kr drtr the. but whi problem mujhe bar-2 ho rhi thi. something maine 4-5 bar samsung service center near panchbatti jaipur pr repair krwa. jisse na to problem ka hal hua. uske maine samsung customer care call kr proleam note krwai. or bad me samsung ke cvile line service center pr hendset repair krwa(date 18/10/2011) jiska hal unhone date 30/10/2011 ko kiya. jiske regarding unhone mere handset ki battry change kr di. or softwere update kiya. jisse meri battry backup ki problem to dur hui .but dusri SMS wali problem dur nhi hui. jiske anusar unhone mujhe dubara software update krne ke kha to bhi wo problem dur nhi hui. uske bad sevice center wale handset ka mother board change krne kh rhe.
is problem ke anusar mother repair n krwakr handset change krwana chaha hu.kyoki yh problem mujhe new handset thi jo sevice center wale new -2 problem btakr mere handset ke 6 month ki warnti spend kr or ab mother board change liye kh rhe. so i want new hanset regarding this hanset.
jiski complante maine samsung customber care pr jiske regarding unhone complainte bnakr 4 din me handset change krne ka promise kiya. wo complainte no. 8434468318h. jiske koi rsponse nhi milne pr dubara compliante ki to wo set repair ke liye kahte h.
