I was taken for a cheating ride by country vacation marketing executive, Mr. Jagadish.M Branch Manager Bangalore, Mob: 9916941428, I was not given enough time to decide for membership registration and forced to take up and signed without even clearly understanding anything, after returning home I called up Mr.Jagadish and informed him to cancel my registration /membership and not to deposit the my HDFC cheque for 50000 rupees and return the cheque as well as the debit card deposit money of 10000 rupees immediately and collect his documents/forms which he give me.
Instead of understanding my request, he shouted and fought with over the phone and also deposited the cheque for clearance, luckily I had inform the bank not to clear the cheque, if deposited.

When I called him to question again he spoke to me very rudely and did not bother to response decently.

I would be thank ful if you can guide me and get my money back and my cheque too, I don't want any membership from then.

I have all document including email and papers and Airtel call log.

Please help me
