I Trupti Rahate want to lodge formal complaint against agent of AMC Cookware. Her name is Ms. Anuradha Golipkar. During a demonstration of AMC products Ms. Golipkar told us that if we take membership of AMC then we can avail any product at 50% discount. My mother Ms. Rahate took the membership by paying Rs. 1500 /- & Ms. Golipkar came to our home when my mother was alone and requested her to sign the form ASAP as she had certain targets to achieve for the month. As my mother was not able to read terms and conditions mentioned the form because they were mentioned in english and she cannot read english; she requested Ms. Golipkar to keep the form for a day or two so that we others can read the terms and conditions. Even that time Ms. Golipkar promised to give another copy of form in one or two days but my mother has not received any copy of the form yet. On 2nd week of Sept. '11 she delivered a product of AMC Cookware '24 cm Skillet' costing Rs12,800/- (approx) to our home at Dombivli (E), we mentioned that right now we cannot afford such expensive product at this stage. That time she assured that we can pay the amount in instalment of Rs.500/- each month. So we agreed to keep the product. In the same week she came and collected five blank cheques of Corporation Bank from my mother (Cheque Leaf No. 0266025 - 0266926 - 0266927 - 0266928 - 0266929). She requested to give blank cheques because she was not aware about what name to be mentioned on the cheques and what is tax amount on Rs.500/- to be paid on every installment; as she is new joinee to the company. She also promised to intimate to my mother that amount and date mentioned on every cheque before depositing every cheque. When I asked for the Invoice and demo of the same, she promised to arrange the same by the end of Sept '11.Till Nov.'11 we did not receive any demo or invoice about the same. After asking her she mentioned that company is facing manpower problem so please cooperate which we did.By first fortnight of Oct.'11, two cheques of leaf no. 0266928 and 0266926 were en-cashed for Rs. 500/- each. We did not receive any intimation from her about either of the cheques before depositing. On 14th Nov '11 we came to know that cheque leaf no. 0266927 is bounced in Corporation account due to insufficient balance as the amount was Rs.11,720/- (approx) After this, I tried to contact Ms. Golipkar but she spoke to me in rude manner over the phone. On 24th Oct.'11 Ms. Anuradha Golipkar came to our home and created very embarrassing situation for us as she was talking in slang & rude language and was behaving very in indecent manner. We asked her to leave our home as soon as possible. On next day Mr. Vishal from AMC Cookware came to collect the Product. That time I got to know that the tax invoice of the product is raised on 2nd week of Oct'11 and product is said to be delivered on 1st week of Nov.'11 where as we had received delivery of the product on 2nd week of Sept '11. Hereby I want to lodge complain against Ms. Anuradha Golipkar for cheating and misleading in the transaction of AMC cookware. I am just not concerned about we loosing around Rs. 3000/- to AMC due to Ms Golipkar but also concerned that this lady must be cheating other house wives in similar way. This is fraudulent lady is spoiling the name of AMC Cookware in market. I would request you to bring this issue to the attention of concerned authorities as this is social responsibility of AMC to take strict action against their freelancer like Ms. Golipkar I would request you to do the needful & save other people from getting cheated by Ms. Golipkar and ultimately blaming AMC cookware.
