I want to register complaint against Akkalkot BSNL Office(02181-220777).I had to convert my tata docomo

sim in BSNL Krishi Plan sim. That's why I went to akkalkot bsnl office @3rd of november2011.I asked them

for BSNL Krishi Plan & They said "U can portin in BSNL Krishi Plan". So as per requirement I submited my

documents properly. That time I requested them now a days I am living in pune for education if any

problem come just inform me & They given me one bsnl sim card & taken money Rs.130 from me & said don't

worry it would process in 7days.means Your docomo card sim would convert in Bsnl sim card.After that I

have one another tata docomo card which using my brother that also I had to convert in BSNL Krishi Plan. So
I went to akkalkot bsnl office once again @ 14th of november & I did same procedure like @ 3rd of

november. After that I was happy coz BSNL Krishi Plan is good. I had around Rs.500 balance in my & my

brother tata docomo sim. That time I said to my brother you can finish your docomo balance coz I known

that Balance will never convert in BSNL Krishi Plan. so My brother finished his docomo balance & me also

& I waited for 7 days but still my tata docomo hadn't portedin in BSNL Krishi Plan. So I told to my

friend go to bsnl office & ask them what happned about my BSNL Krishi Plan coz I am in pune. They said

to my friend "BSNL Krishi Plan" has being colsed from @ 31st of october2011 So tell to your friend He

can take his documents & money. After that I called them this no. 02181-220777 & asked why this happened

Then They are not answering of my questions & disconnecting my call. One more thing Akkalkot bsnl office

is working very slowly & irrresponsibly. Akkakot bsnl office wasted my Money & time also So
Please Kindly solve my above problem.
